ORDER
There is an appeal on a certificate granted by the High Court of Gujarat on the question of the views of some of the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act. This question is no longer open to the appellants as the issues have already been settled by the decisions of this Court. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
