(1) AFTER hearing the counsel for the parties, in our opinion, it would be fair and just that with regard to all those cases where applications for claims have been dismissed in default or on account of non-appearance till today, a list of the same shall be printed in a local newspaper in Hindi and 60 days time is given to them to file application for restoration. If no restoration application is filed within the said 60 days. no restoration in respect thereof will then be entertained. Another list Indicating pending applications be also published in a newspaper so as to inform all applicants of their expected dates of hearings.
(2) THE writ petition is disposed of.
