(1) INTERIUM Applications. 18-19 : Affidavit on behalf of Central Pollution Control Board be filed today with copies to counsel for the other parties.

(2) I.A. 21 : Before the next date of hearing, the Haryana Pollution Control Board as well as the Central Pollution Control Board will file one more affidavit each indicating as to whether each of distilleries would pollute or not pollute if as of today they are permitted to start operation.

(3) I.A. 15 : Copy of the Report of the Shriram Institute be given to the counsel for the parties. Documents are permitted to be filed before the next date.
