ORDER

1. Leave granted.

2. It is stated that the appellant has been in custody for about 14 months in connection with the crime for which FIR is registered in this case. After this Court rejected the bail application, nearly 8 months time has elapsed. It is also brought to our notice that in matters pertaining to “Fodder Scam” this Court has released the accused, who were in jail for about six months or more, on bail. In the circumstances, the appellant shall be released on bail on the condition of furnishing personal bond for Rs. 20,000 with a surety for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, (CBI), Patna. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
