Constitution of India, Article 32 - Public Interest Litigation - Encroachment upon Temple-Held if the Mandir is found on the public land which had been encroached, it is to be removed forthwith.[Para 1]

( 1 ) IA is dismissed. If the Mandir is on the public land which has been encroached, it should be removed forthwith.

( 2 ) COPY of the order be sent to DDA for implementation.
