( 1 ) SEVENTH Progress Report affidavits have been filed by the Executive Director, Oil Coordination committee, established by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and by the Additional Director (Transport), National Capital Territory of Delhi.

( 2 ) IN partial modification of our order dated 5/5/2000 we direct the ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas to ensure that: (I) Petrol with 0. 05% sulphur content is made available in National capital Region (NCR) by 31-5-2000. (ii) Petrol with 1 % benzene content is made available in National capital Territory (NCT), Delhi by 1-10-2000. (iii) Petrol with 1% benzene content is made available in NCR by 31-3-2001. (iv) Diesel with 0. 05% sulphur content is made available in NCT, delhi by 31-12-2000. (v) Diesel with 0. 05% sulphur content is made available in NCR by 30-6-2001.

( 3 ) IA No. 54 after considering Bhure Lal Committees Report and hearing learned counsel for the parties, in modification of this Courts order dated 13/5/1999, we permit registration of CNG kit fitted commercial vehicles, which have duel fuel mode facility, with petrol tanks of the following capacity: (A) Four wheelers 5 1 (b) Three wheelers
