Constitution of India, 1950, Article 32 - Taj Corridor scam - Govt. officials involved in the scam - Disciplinary action- Status report submitted by CBI- CBI directed to officers of the U.P. State Government as also of the Central Government to the respective Governments within a period of one week - The U.P. State Government and the Central Government directed to take further action on such note and complete the disciplinary proceedings within a period of three months - Matter to be listed after three months .[Paras 2 to 5]
ORDER
1. CBI has handed over the status report in a sealed cover. The envelope is opened in Court. The report will now be resealed and kept with the Registrar of this Court.
2. CBI will prepare and supply self - contained notes in respect of the findings against the officers of the U.P. State Government as also of the Central Government to the respective Governments within a period of one f week from date. The U.P. State Government and the Central Government will take further action on such note and complete the disciplinary proceedings within a period of three months from today. No further time will be granted.
3. The matter will appear before this Court three months hence.
4. CBI is permitted further eight weeks time to complete the investigation in respect of FIR No. RC 0062003A0018. As far as FIR No. RC g 0062003A0019 is concerned, three months time is granted.
5. In the meanwhile, the State Government of Uttar Pradesh will within four weeks from today place on record copies of the suspension orders which had been issued against the delinquent officers, copies of the orders of revocation of the suspension orders and the reasons, if any, in support thereof and the orders said to have been passed regarding placing the officers still in service on "compulsory waiting". In addition, copies of the relevant State h Service Rules must also be filed within a period of four weeks.
6. Technical Report No. 4132, July 2004 received from Central Water and Power Research Station, Khadakwasla issued under the auspices of the Ministry of Water Resources, Government of India, be made available to all the appearing parties by the Government of India.

7. Permission to file SLPs granted.
