ORDER

1. At the request of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the petitions are fixed for hearing on 20 - 9 - 2005.

2. In the meantime, the prosecution arguments may continue but thereafter the trial to remain stayed and defence argument not to start without 9 further orders of this Court.

3. The Registrar General of the Patna High Court to send the details and files when Judge Yogender Prasad was promoted as a District Judge and all papers regarding posting of the present incumbent Shri Munni Lal Paswan.
