H.L. Dattu, J.—

1.We decline to entertain the Writ Petition filed under Article 32 of the Constitution of India. However, we permit the petitioner to make appropriate application before the Division Bench of Andhra Pradesh High Court in Writ Appeal No.630 of 2008 to recall the order passed on 07.07.2008 and hear the appeal on merits. If and when such an application is filed, we hope and trust, the Division Bench would consider the same in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
