1. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no further orders are required to be passed in these IAs. Accordingly, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw these IAs. Accordingly these applications stand dismissed as withdrawn.

2. It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has become infructuous and no further orders are required to be passed. The IA is dismissed as infructuous.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no further orders are required to be passed in these applications. Accordingly, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw these IAs. Accordingly these applications stand dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw these applications with a liberty to approach the Monitoring Committee. This order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach the Monitoring Committee. All the four applications are accordingly dismissed.
