1. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Interim order passed by this Court on 27-5-2009 (Modern Dental College and Research Centre v. State of M.P., (2009) 7 SCC 751) will continue for the academic year 2012-2013.

2. The main appeal has been referred to a Constitution Bench. Pleadings are complete in this matter. In view of the fact that the matter is of grave urgency the parties would be at liberty to mention before the Hon’ble the Chief Justice for an early date.
