ORDER

1. Leave granted.

2. This appeal is filed against the impugned judgment and order dated 27.6.2011 passed by the High Court of Judicature of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad in Criminal Application No.2432 of 2011, whereby the application of the appellant for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.

3. This Court, vide order dated 21.11.2011, while issuing notice, had directed that if the appellant is arrested, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it appropriate that the aforesaid order be made absolute and is made absolute. Appeal allowed accordingly.

Ordered accordingly.
