Judgment :
Mr. C.S.Vaidyanathan, learned senior counsel for the respondent has filed an affidavit pursuant to our order dated 26.03.2014. He has also separately filed in a sealed cover a list of names of persons who are according to Mr. Vaidyanathan required to be investigated in view of the disclosures made and the evidence collected sofar by the Investigating Agency. The basis on which the Investigating Agency has named the persons in the list is not however evident from the list. Mr. Vaidyanathan, therefore, offers to file a synopsis of the basis on which the names mentioned in the list have been included in the said list and the evidence which incriminates them calling for further investigation into their role and conduct. We see no reason to decline the prayer for time to enable Mr. Vaidyanathan to do the needful which may be done on or before 16.04.2014.
Post on 16.04.2014 for continuation. List of names furnished by Mr. Vaidyanathan in the sealed covered shall be kept in a sealed cover by the Registry.
