Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for impleading petitioner's wife as party respondent no.2 in the special leave petition. Let her be impleaded as such.

Amended cause title be filed within a week.

Learned Senior Counsel further states that the petitioner is prepared to keep his wife with dignity.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 25.11.2013.

On the next date of hearing, both the petitioner and respondent no.2 shall be personally present before this Court.

To defray the expenses of respondent no.2 to appear before this court on 25.11.2013, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- within a week in the Registry of this Court.

Till the next date of hearing, we direct that in case the petitioner surrenders or is arrested within four weeks, he will be provisionally enlarged on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting authority or the court in seisin of the case, subject to the conditions stipulated in sub-section (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
