ORDER

Justice Mukul Mudgal Committee has submitted its report in a sealed cover. We have had an occasion to go through the report. Certain findings recorded by the Mudgal Committee apparently indict some of the individuals in regard to whom the Committee was asked to conduct a probe. Learned counsel for the parties agree that while the report insofar as the same deals with the conduct of the players, can for the present be held back, the remaining part of the report insofar as the same deals with private individuals namely Gurunath Meiyappan, Raj Kundra, Sunder Raman and N.Srinivasan could be made available to learned counsel for the parties to enable them to file their respective responses and/or objections. We accordingly direct the Registrar (Judicial) to furnish to learned counsel for the parties copies of that part of the report submitted by the Probe Committee which deals with the conduct and role of the persons mentioned above. Contents of the report insofar as the same deal with the role of players shall, however, be held back for the present. Learned counsel for the parties shall be free to file their responses/objections within four days from the date of receipt of the relevant extracts of the report and to respond to the objections/responses of the opposite party within four days thereafter.

2. Mr. C.A.Sundram, learned senior submits that the BCCI AGM scheduled to be held on 20.11.2014 shall be postponed by three weeks. That submission is recorded.

3. At this stage learned counsel for the parties point out that except N.Srinivasan none of the remaining persons named above are parties before this Court. They further submit that it will be appropriate to issue notice to all of them thereby giving them an opportunity of being heard in the matter before any final orders are passed in these proceedings. Mr. H.N.Salve, learned senior counsel offers to make an application for impleading the individuals named above as party respondents to this petition. He may make a formal application by Monday. On receipt of the application the Registry shall issue notice to Raj Kundra, Sunder Raman and Gurunath Meiyappan, enclosing therewith a copy of the report in the manner indicated above. Needless to say that the persons concerned shall be free to file their responses to the report, if so advised, on or before the next date of hearing. Post on 24.11.2014 at 2.00 P.M.
