2014 Supreme(SC) 758

JAGDISH SINGH KHEHAR, ARUN MISHRA
STATE OF UTTARANCHAL – Appellant
Versus
C. S. R. K. S. MEDICAL HEALTH SERVICES, UTTARANCHAL – Respondent

Judgment

J.S. KHEHAR, J.

2. The applications for impleadment are dismissed as no ground for impleadment is made out.

(2) They shall come into force at once.
