JUDGMENT :
1. In regard to the two queries to Mr. Goolam E. Vahanvati, learned Attorney General on 10.7.2013, arguments were partly heard on that date. Today also for some time, arguments of learned Attorney General were heard in that regard but the arguments remained inconclusive.
2. List this group of mattes for consideration of the above aspects on 29.8.2013 at 2 P.M.
3. As regards ongoing inquiry/investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into the matters relating to allocation of coal blocks, we have made it clear earlier and we reiterate today that any information that may be required and official files and records that may be found necessary for the inquiry/investigation by the CBI, shall be supplied to them without any delay by the concerned person. CBI will furnish the fresh report in respect of status of inquiry/investigation up to 25.8.2013 by 27.8.2013.
