ORDER

1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. We are satisfied with the grievance expressed by the petitioner and we accept the same. Therefore, Petition No.499 of 2015, titled as “Mr. Vinod Damodar Tiwari Vs. Mrs. Riti Vinod Tiwari” pending before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai (Maharashtra) is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court at Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh). The Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai (Maharashtra) shall send the case record to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay.

3. The transfer petition is accordingly allowed.

4. After transfer of the petition, the transferee Court is directed to make all endeavour for amicable settlement, failing which for early decision in the case without unnecessary adjournments.
