1. Heard Mr. Jaideep Gupta, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Kapil Sibal and Mr. V. Giri, learned senior counsel for the respondents.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are not inclined to interfere with the order impugned in the special leave petitions. The same are, accordingly, dismissed.

3. However, the High Court is requested to decide the lis as expeditiously as possible.
