ORDER

1. We have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. The parties have amicably settled the disputes between them by way of a Terms of Settlement dated 24.12.2018 entered into and duly signed by them which is taken on record.

3. Since the parties have amicably settled their disputes by way of a Terms of Settlement dated 24.12.2018, divorce by mutual consent is granted by invoking our powers under Article 142 of the Constitution of India.

4. The period of six months is waived in the special circumstances of this case as the marriage lasted for only 9 days.

5. The parties shall abide by the terms and conditions as contained in the Terms of Settlement dated 24.12.2018.

6. Miscellaneous Application is disposed of in the afore-stated terms.

7. The Terms of Settlement dated 24.12.2018 shall form part of this Order.
