A.P. Sen and E.S. Venkataramiah, JJ.

1. Let the papers be laid before Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India for constituting a larger bench as the matter involves a question which has far reaching public importance. In C.A. No. 1115/76 : One of the points involved is as to the correctness or otherwise of the decision in Central Inland Waters Corporation's case. The connected matters have been referred to a larger Bench. The appellant is given liberty to move Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India for an early date of hearing.
