ORDER :

1. C.E.T.L. and P.E.T.L. have submitted their status report to the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board. The A.P. Pollution Control Board state that they will file these two reports in Court and furnish copies of all the members. The Central Pollution Control Board shall also file its report and furnish copies to all the parties within two weeks from today.

2. List the matter on 9th of January, 1998.
