JUDGMENT :

I.A. No. 79 of 2000

1. The order dated 2.11.99 is modified to the extent that the applicant is granted liberty to report before the concerned Police Officer at Tilak Marg Police Station, once in every fortnight. In case the applicant wants to go out of the NCT, he shall obtain prior permission of the ACP/DCP (Crime) New Delhi.

2. The prayer at page 5 of I.A. No. 79 stands withdrawn. The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.

Matters relating to Disciplinary Proceedings against Officers of DDA/Central Government

3. These matters relate to various officers of the Central Government who are connected with the Skipper Case and with regard to whom we have issued show cause notices as to why their cases should not be referred to the Vigilance Commission. Some counters have been filed. Those who have not filed their counters are permitted to file the same within three weeks.

4. Mr. Dayan Krishnan, learned Amicus Curiae may file a list of submissions in regard to those who have already filed their counter.

5. The learned Senior counsel Sri. K. Parasaran, Sri. Rajeev Dhawan, Sri. Joseph Vellappally and others appearing in the case have suggested that 31st August, 2000 will be convenient f
