“The Registrar of this Hon'ble Court to deposit Rs. 4,09.000/-. Out of which Rs. 62,000/- in the court of Smt. Indermeet Kochar in the case arising out of FIR No. 971/96 and Rs. 3,47,000/- in the court of Shri K.S. Mohi. M.M. New Delhi in the case arising out of FIR Nos. 739/99.”
