UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
1. State of Maharashtra will inform the Court why next date of hearing as to whether Mr. Justice S.P. Kurdukar is functioning as GRA and whether full facilities as required by Justice Kurdukar have been provided. Affidavit be filed within three weeks. List thereafter.
2. Mr. C.S. Vaidyanathan states that as far as the GRA of the State of Madhya Pradesh is concerned full co-operation is being extended to the GRA by the State.
