JUDGMENT :

1. Leave granted.

2. In respect of both the appellants we passed an order dated December 14, 2001 releasing them on bail on certain conditions. The present case is another one belonging to the same group. We do not want to take a different view in this case. We, therefore, order that the appellants be released on bail on the same conditions as we did in our earlier order dated 14.12.2001.

3. The appeals are accordingly disposed of.
