ORDER :
1. F.D.Rs. to be renewed further for six months.

2. Delhi Government is directed to respond to the recommendations contained in the Report of EPCA of August, 2004 at page 8 in paragraph 4, within four weeks.
3. List the I.As. thereafter.

4. The two Reports of July, 2004; one regarding Designing a Parking Policy to Manage Travel Demand in the City and the other on Public Transport Projects in Delhi of EPCA have been perused by us. Copies of those Reports can be obtained by the counsel from the Registry. The Delhi Government is directed to respond to the recommendations made in those two Reports within four weeks. In the meanwhile, the Delhi Government may move EPCA for additional demand of TSR as interim measure. EPCA shall send its report to this Court.
5. List the I.As. after four weeks.
