1999 Supreme(SC) 1611

G.B.PATTANAIK, M.B.SHAH
M. C. Mehta – Appellant
Versus
Union of India – Respondent

ORDER :

The allegation in the application is that though the employment has been given, but it is not on the same terms and conditions and, therefore, the payment is not being made in accordance the orders of this Court. We are not inclined to hold an inquiry into this matter as in our view in such a case the workmen can always raise a dispute before the appropriate Industrial Forum which can collect evidence and go into the question. This application is accordingly dismissed.

Order accordingly
