ORDER :
1. Call for a Report from the Registrar General of Gujarat High Court on the following matters:
[ii] Whether any Bench has been constituted for disposal of those Division Bench Criminal Appeals where prayer for bail of the accused has been rejected; if so, how many Benches and its duration, whether half day or whole day.
[iii] If the answer to [ii] is in the affirmative, how many appeals are running on the Daily Board and apart from that, how many more such appeals are pending before the High Court.
2. The Report must be sent to this Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. Let a copy of this order be sent by fax as well to the Registrar General of the Gujarat High Court, who shall submit a report, by fax as well. Place the matter thereafter. Liberty is granted to mention the matter for early listing.
