2. Mr. S.K. Bhattacharya appears on behalf of the Speaker Dr. H. Borababu Singh and states that he would be filing vakalatnama by the coming Monday the 20th Jan. 1992 and the reply of the Speaker on or before 27th January, 1992. It would be appropriate that this matter to be listed for hearing before the same constitution Bench which passed the order of which disobedience is alleged. The matter be listed before the appropriate Bench on 31st January, 1992.
