ORDER :

1. No unregistered I.A. shall be placed on the board until the defects have been removed and the I.A. is registered.

2. I.As. concerning the distribution of monies and I.As. relating to the disciplinary aspects shall be listed separately on different dates.

3. The Registrar (Judicial), assisted by the Registry, shall prepare a statement indicating what reliefs are claimed in each LA. This shall be done within one week. The statement to this effect shall be placed before the Court on the next occasion. A copy of the statement will also be handed over to Mr. Joseph Vellapally and Mr. Dayan Karishnan so that they may be able to assist us, at our request, on the next occasion. It may also be given to Ms. Kamini Jaiswal.

4. Ms. Kamini Jaiswal states that, despite repeated effects she has received no instructions from the D.D.A. On the next occasion the Vice Chairman of DDA shall remain present in the Court along with its Chief Legal Officer.

5. I.As. relating to distribution of monies shall be listed after two weeks.
