2. Mr. Harish N. Salve, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner started his arguments at 10.30 a.m. and concluded at 1.00 p.m. There after Mr. G.L. Sanghi, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent started his arguments and was on his legs when the Court rose for the date. The matter remained part-heard.
