Constitution of India, 1950 – FIR – Notice be issued limited to that extent returnable within six weeks - Counsel for petitioner states that in respect of same incident different FIRs have been lodged in different States - All FIRs need be clubbed together with first FIR which was lodged at Police Station City District.

Finding of The Court :

Let notice be issued to respondents limited to that extent returnable within six weeks - Meantime proceedings in the FIRs lodged in the States of Gujarat New Delhi Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh shall remain stayed.

Result : Order accordingly

ORDER

1. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that in respect of same incident, different FIRs. have been lodged in different States. Therefore, all the FIRs need be clubbed together with the first FIR which was lodged at Police Station, Hansi City, District Hansi, Hisar.

2. Let notice be issued to the respondents limited to that extent, returnable within six weeks.

3. In the meantime, proceedings in the FIRs lodged in the States of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, New Delhi, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh shall remain stayed.
