ORDER :
1. The order dated 22nd October 2020 passed by the Trial Court taking cognizance of the offence was subject-matter of challenge before the High Court. The High Court rejected the challenge which order was under appeal in the aforestated Special Leave Petition.
2. After considering the material on record, no case for interference was found to have been made out and the Special Leave Petition was dismissed.
3. We have gone through the Review Petition and do not find any error apparent on record to justify interference.
4. This Review Petition is dismissed.
