( 1 ) CHALLENGING the order dated 28-3-2005 passed in RA No. 273 of 2004 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Small causes Court, Hyderabad, wherein the order dated 31-8-2004 passed in IA No. 454 of 2004 in RC No. 451 of 2003 on the file of the I Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad was confirmed, the present civil revision petition is filed under Section 22 of the andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and eviction) Control Act.

( 2 ) THE petitioner-respondent herein filed IA No. 454 of 2004 in RC No. 451 of 2003 under Section 11 (4) of the Andhra pradesh Rent Control Act seeking to stay all further proceedings in RC No. 451 of 2003 and to direct the respondents- petitioners herein to put him in possession of the petition schedule property and the same was allowed. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners herein filed RA No. 273 of 2004 on the file of the Chief Judge, City small Causes Court, Hyderabad, and the same was dismissed confirming the order passed by the learned Rent Controller, hyderabad. Having aggrieved by the same, the present civil revision petition is filed.

( 3 ) THE learned Counsel for the petitioners contended that there was a delay of only one week in depositing
