( 1 ) THE petitioners are accused in Crime No. 243 of 1996 of III Town Law and order Police Station, Visakhapatnam registered under Section 120-B, section 420 read with Section 34 of I. P. C. The above crime has been registered on the basis of a complaint given by de facto complainant on 25-9-1996 to the Sub-Inspector of Police, III Town Law and Order Police Station. The complaint is extracted below:- visakhapatnam date: from: wg. Cdr. Madhava Krishna Karan Naidu (I. A. F.), s/o. Late Dr. S. R. M. Naidu, ncc (Air Force) NOC Office, pithapuram Colony, visakhapatnam-3 ph. No. 536575 to the Sub-Inspector of Police, law and Order, 3 Town Police Station, visakhapatnam. Sub:- To take necessary legal action against Sadhanala Mohana Rao, savarum Narasimha Rao and M. Chandrasekher for cheating etc. , offences. Respected Sir, i submit that I intend to purchase a site on the beach road on beemunipatnam side, to an extent of around 600 square yards for construction of a house.
