( 1 ) THE Judgment of the learned single Judge in W. P. No. 9403/93, dt. 23-8-1993 is appealed herein. The Writ Petition of the appellant/petitioner has been dismissed. The impugned proceedings Rc. No. 476/91-A2, dated 10-6-1993 of the second respondent terminating the services of the petitioner has been assailed in the Writ Petition as arbitrary, illegal, mala fide and violative of the principles of natural justice apart from being violative of public policy. The first respondent is the A. P. State Federation of Co-op. Spinning Mills Limited, called federation , registered under A. P. the Societies Registration Act having its own bye-laws, the second respondent being its Managing Director. The petitioner was the General Manager (Finance) of the first respondent at the relevant time. While terminating his services under the impugned order, Rs. 22,335/- were sought to be paid to him in lieu of three months notice. The grounds of assailment of the impugned order were that the second respondent, the managing Director had no powers or jurisdiction to issue the impugned order as the petitioner was appointed by the first respondent, that the petitioner holding a p
