( 1 ) THE writ Petition is filed seeking directions to the Respondent No. 1 to adjust the excess proceeds lying with the Financial Corporation in pursuance of the letter dated 14-7-1995 in discharge of the loan amount due by the petitioner industry and for a consequential direction to release the documents to the petitioner.

( 2 ) FEW relevant facts are traced. The petitioner obtained a loan of Rs. 4,30,000/- from the 1st respondent corporation for the purpose of running a Boiling plant in the year 1990. He has been paying instalments regularly, but however a notice was issued on 6-9-1994 calling upon the petitioner to pay the outstanding balance on or before 9-9-1994 failing which the action under section 29 of the State Financial Corporation act, hereinafter called as act would be initiated questioning the said notice, the petitioner filed W. P. No. 16742/94 and the same was disposed of with directions to pay a sum of Rs. 50,000/- initially and balance in monthly installments of Rs. 15,000/- each, while so, the petitioner submits that he is also the owner of another industry by name M/s Murali Krishna industries, Raigiri, Bhongiri mandal, Nalgonda district. He
