( 1 ) CRIMINAL Miscellaneous Petitions 2931/1994 and 2961/1994 are filed by the state, to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents/accused on 5-9-1994 in crl. M. P. No. 1157 of 1994 relating to Crime no. 219/94 of Abids Road Police Station, hyderabad, of the IV Additional Metropolitan sessions Judge, Hyderabad. That Court, by the above said order, granted anticipatory bail to the respondents-herein on their executing personal bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties each in a likesum to the satisfaction of the S. H. O, Abids Road Police station, Hyderabad, with a direction that the respondents should appear before the said s. H. O. between 8 A. M to 10 A. M and 6 P. M. to 8 P. M. daily and should not leave hyderabad city without the prior permission of the said Court until fur ther orders and that both the respondents-herein should surrender before the said S. H. O, Abids Road police Station, Hyderabad on or before 8-9- 1994.

( 2 ) LEARNED Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State, submits that the names of the respondents/accused are mentioned in the F. I. R. in Cr. No. 219/94 of abids Police Station, Hyderabad, and the lower court granted anticipator
