( 1 ) NOTICE was given before admission. The learned Public Prosecutor appearedon behalf of the first respondent. Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

( 2 ) THE prayer in the writ petition is to issue writ of certiorari to call for the records in and connected with C C No. 276/90 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same and also to direct the respondents to pay compensation of rs. 1 lakh to each of the petitioners. The writ Petition came to be filed in the following circumstances, A batch of ccs. 433 to 442/89 which were pending in the Court of II Addl. Judicial Magistrate of I Class Nellore were called on 24-9-90 during the course of call work. Accused 1 to 3 appeared before the said Court and according to the Magistrate A-l to A-3 started commenting in a loud and indecent manner by saying "what is this wonderful court, in one FIR it has numbered ten charge sheets. This is a wonderful court. This should be recorded in a guinnies Book of World Records". As the accused expressed their willingness to file petitions to recall Non-bailable warrants issued against them, the IInd Addl. Judicial Magistrate of I Cl
