( 1 ) THIS is a petition u/s 21 of the A. P. Land Reforms (Ceiling on agricultural Holdings) Act, to revise the order of the Land Reforms appellate Tribunal, Warangal, in Land Reforms Appeal case No. 51/76 and Cross-objections allowing the appeal and cross objections and setting aside the order dated 3-4-1976 of the Land Reforms Tribunal, mahabubabad in C C. No. 3157/m8bd/75 and remanding the same for fresh disposal.

( 2 ) THE relevant facts are as follows :j Madanmohan Reddy, the petitioner herein filed a declaration under section 8 (1) of the Andhra pradesh Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973 (hereinafter called the Act) on 11-4-1975 showing the members of his family unit consisting of himself, his wife, one minor daughter and his minor son, and the extent of his holdings as Ac 29-07 cents. The declaration was referred to the Tahsildar, Mahabubabad, for verification and it was also published as required by the Andhra Pradesh land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Rules, 1974 (hereinafter called the Rules ).
