( 1 ) THESE three revision petitions are filed under Section 21 of the andhra Pradesh Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973 to revise the order of the Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal, East godavari in L R. A. Nos. 56,165 and 221 of 1976.
( 2 ) THE relevant facts are as follows: One Anantna Veerraju, petitioner in C R. P. 183/1977; filed a declaration stating that he has two wives, ; Rupujamma and Veeramma. Through Rupulamma he has two sons, chakra Rao and Eswara Rao and three daughters, Raghava, Ganiraju and venkatalakshmi. Chakrarao, the major son filed a separate declaration. Ganiraju and Venkatalakshmi are major daughters. Both Eswara Rao and raghava are minors.
( 3 ) THROUGH Veramma, Veerraju has four sons, Abbulu, Rajulu> satyanarayana and Nageswara Rao. Abbulu and Rajula are majors by the notified date and Satyanarayana and Nageswararao are minors. Veerraju and Rupulamma filed separate dec/rations. The three minor sons, Eswarand rao, Satyanarayaoa and Na^eswara Rao fi/ed separate declarations represented toy their father, Veerraju.
