1975 Supreme(AP) 165

A.SAMBASIVA RAO, CHENNAKESAVA REDDY
Sirajuddin Ali – Appellant
Versus
State OF A. P. , represented by the Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad – Respondent

The office has taken an objection that in view of paragraph 6 (3) of the Andhra Pradesh administrative Tribunal Order, 1975 (hereinafter referred to as "the Order,") and the orders of the Supreme Court dated 13th and 19th of August, 1975 in c.
