( 1 ) THESE two matters have come before us for order as to maitaibillty of two writ petitions sought to be filed by the petitioners challenging the orders of dismissal from service passed against them. The office has taken an objection that in view of paragraph 6 (3) of the andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal order, 1975 (hereinafter referred to as the order ) and the orders of the Supreme court dated 13th and 19th of August, 1975 in C. M. P. No. 3611/75 in W. P. No. 654/75, the writ petitions are not maintainable. Learned counsel for the petitioners have c emurred to this. That is how they have come before us for orders on the question of maintainability.
( 2 ) COMMON questions arise in both the cases in so far as maintainability is concerned and so we propose to consider them under common order.
( 3 ) IN S. R. No. 61091/75 the petitioner was a deputy Tahslldar. He was dismissed from service under G. O. Ms. 622 Revenue (Z) Department dated 12. 7. 1973 accepting the report of the tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings which had conducted an enquiry into certain allegations of miscounduct levelled againse him.
