1. This Court ordered notice before admission on 27-8-2009 and issued rule nisi on 6-10-2009.
2. Counter affidavit had been filed on behalf of the respondent. A reply affidavit also had been filed.
3. The writ petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in initiating the enquiry under Section 29 of the A.P.Mutually Aided Cooperative Societies Act (hereinafter in short referred to as ‘the Act’ for the purpose of convenience) for the purpose of reconstituting the existing Managing Committee as illegal and arbitrary and consequently declare the enquiry into the affairs of the society for the said purpose initiated by the respondent as without jurisdiction and pass such other suitable orders.
