State Wakf Board, 1995 – Suspension – First respondent, by impugned order, constituted the Managing Committee on the basis of the recommendation letter issued by the Member of Parliament, Hyderabad. – Held, it is not permissible for the Special Officer or the Board to appoint the Committee on the basis of the letters of the Member of the Legislative Assembly or the Minister of the Government of the State, suspended the impugned order is suspended -
