ORDER :- The first respondent, by impugned order dated 24.3.2008, constituted the Managing Committee on the basis of the recommendation letter issued by the Member of Parliament, Hyderabad. The Division Bench of this Court in Intezami Committee Mazid-E-Osmania v. A.P. State Wakf Board, 1996 (2) ALD 661, holding that it is not permissible for the Special Officer or the Board to appoint the Committee on the basis of the letters of the Member of the Legislative Assembly or the Minister of the Government of the State, suspended the impugned order.

2. Hence, the impugned order dated 24.3.2008 is suspended. Notice.
