The petitioners, whose aspirations to join MBBS/BDS course in the past did not fructify and who seek to make it at least for the current academic Year 2017-2018, have come up with these writ petitions questioning the action of the respondents in not according appropriate priority to the certificates obtained by them in NCC, while considering their claim under the quota reserved for NCC.
2. Heard Mr. K.G. Krishna Murthy, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners in W.P.No.24798 of 2017, M/s. C. Raghu, and Mr. K.
