1. Accused Nos.1 and 2 on the file of learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Khammam at Kothagudem, filed this appeal, feeling aggrieved by judgment, dated 30.06.2011, in S.C. No.458 of 2010, whereby they were convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 302 of the Indian Penal Code (I.P.C.), and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year each and to pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- each and in default of the payment of fine, to undergo imprisonment for a period of three months each for the offence punishable under Section 498-A, I.P.C.; and each to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs.3,000/- and in default of payment of the fine, to undergo imprisonment for six months for the offence punishable under Section 302 I.P.C.
