JUDGMENT :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners to quash all further proceedings in C.C.No.557 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate.

2. This Court has heard Sri C.V. Mohan Reddy, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent. The de facto complainant was also present in person and thereafter his counsel appeared and argued the matter at length.

3. The petitioners before this Court are the accused in C.C.No.557 of 2015, which is filed for the alleged offence under Section 37 of the AIR (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (in short "the AIR Act") and Section 41 and 43 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (in short "the Water Act"). The de facto complainant is the 2nd respondent. He had filed a private complaint before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate, who took cognizance of the case. After the investigation the charge sheet was filed. Questioning the said charge sheet the present petition is filed.
