JUDGMENT :
1. These two revision petitions are against the orders of the lower courts after a preliminary decree. The aforesaid decree was passed in a suit for the administration of the estate of one Abdul Khader. He died in October 16, 1952, leaving behind a widow, three daughters and a son. All the children are minors except the eldest daughter, Rahmat Bi, who has filed the suit. The deceased belonged to the Hanafi School of Mohammaden law, and accordingly his widow would be entitled to ?th share of the estate after discharging his debts. His children would be entitled to the residue, the son's share being double to what a daughter would get. The eldest daughter had impleaded only her mother, her other sisters and her brother as the defendants to her administration claim, whose plaint was filed in the District Court, Cuddapah, and is dated January 2, 1953. She had asked for a decree of proper administration of the deceased's estate, which was shown as comprising immoveables and moveables given in the two schedules attached to the plaint.
